Before using soy curls they need to be rehydrated then the magic happens with various seasonings and sauces. Soy curls can baked, fried, breaded or cooked in a slow cooker.
Yield: 3-4 servings
Ingredients
- ½ pkg Butler Soy Curls (about 2 cups/4 oz dry measure)
- 2 cups boiling water
Instructions
- Add soy curls and boiling water to a sauce pan. Cover and soak for 8-10 minutes or until soft and plump.
- Drain and squeeze out excess water. A salad spinner will do a great job spinning out the excess water.
- Now you are ready to continue with your recipe.
