Unflavored Soy Curls

Before using soy curls they need to be rehydrated then the magic happens with various seasonings and sauces. Soy curls can baked, fried, breaded or cooked in a slow cooker.

  1. Add soy curls and boiling water to a sauce pan. Cover and soak for 8-10 minutes or until soft and plump.
  2. Drain and squeeze out excess water. A salad spinner will do a great job spinning out the excess water.
  3. Now you are ready to continue with your recipe.
