Journey to Wholeness

Addiction Recovery is Available!
Journey to Wholeness is a support group based on the 12 steps as modified from Alcoholics Anonymous. Traditionally, it relies on a higher power, a power greater than oneself to restore healing to our mind, body, and spirit. Rather than relying on a higher power this program is Christ-centered, however one does not have to have any religious affiliation to obtain the program's benefits. Meetings are either opened or closed.

Open Meetings

  • Open meetings are for everybody. It is focused on a topic and people can join anytime. If you are not familiar with 12 step programs, attending open meetings are recommended.

Closed Meetings

  • Closed meetings follow a 12 step workbook. This is a desirable format for participants who want a group setting, so they can work through the 12 steps in depth. To attend a closed group, email the contact person. Some facilitators will arrange for a virtual meeting to affirm anonymity and confidentially for when you attend their group and you can attend anytime. Other groups will add your name to their waiting list and will contact you when they start another session.
