Yield: 3-4 servings
Ingredients
- ½ pkg Butler Soy Curls (about 2 cups/4 oz dry measure)
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 Tbsp Chicken Flavored Seasoning
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup Panko, more if needed
Instructions
- Add boiling water and soy curls to a sauce pan. Cover and soak for 8-10 minutes or until soft and plump.
- Drain and squeeze out excess water. A salad spinner will do a great job spinning out the excess water. If desired, save the broth for soups.
- Toss soy curls with a sprinkle of salt and Chicken Flavored Seasoning.
- To bread the soy curls, toss them in a Ziplock bag with Panko.
- Bake in a preheated 400°F oven for 15 to 20 minutes or put in an air fryer for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Serve with Simple Sweet & Sour Sauce or Homemade BBQ Sauce.
