Breaded Chicken Strips

  1. Add boiling water and soy curls to a sauce pan. Cover and soak for 8-10 minutes or until soft and plump.
  2. Drain and squeeze out excess water. A salad spinner will do a great job spinning out the excess water. If desired, save the broth for soups.
  3. Toss soy curls with a sprinkle of salt and Chicken Flavored Seasoning.
  4. To bread the soy curls, toss them in a Ziplock bag with Panko.
  5. Bake in a preheated 400°F oven for 15 to 20 minutes or put in an air fryer for 8 to 10 minutes.
  6. Serve with Simple Sweet & Sour Sauce or Homemade BBQ Sauce.
