Ingredients
- ½ cup nutritional yeast
- 2½ Tbsp onion powder
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp turmeric
- ¼ cup dried parsley
Instructions
- Add all ingredients except the parsley to blender.
- Pulse to combine.
- Add parsley and pulse to blend.
How to Use
- When making Southwest or Tofu Scramble add 1¼ tsp seasoning for 170 g/6 oz tofu. Then add a generous sprinkle of kala namak and if desired a few grinds of fresh black pepper.
