This is home cooking at its best. Welcome to my favorite recipes! Only recipes that my family and students enjoy are posted. Recipes are whole food plant-based and made without oil. There is also a category for sweet treats. These recipes are better options than mainstream sweets, however they can still be addictive, so be mindful where you are on your journey. The feedback I receive is consistent… “I didn’t expect plant-based foods to be so flavorful and amazingly tasty.”

As of  August 2025, some recipes have the prefix "BLE". This is because I'm following Bright Line Eating. I'm working on updating my website to reflect My Journey to Healthy Eating Continues.
