There is also a category for sweet treats. These recipes are better options than mainstream sweets, however they can still be addictive, so be mindful where you are on your journey. To find a growing collection of Bright Line Eating recipes type BLE in the Recipe Categories search. When that page opens, if you scroll down the page you will see the title Categories. At the top of the list the prefix BLE identifies specific Bright Line food categories.
