Beautiful, colorful and an absolute crowd pleaser!
Ingredients
- 1 cup cream cheese (view recipe to make Cream Cheese with millet & cashews)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (view recipe to make Velvet Cheese)
- 1 cup Seafood Cocktail Sauce*
- ¾ pkg (200g/7oz) chopped, vegan prawns*
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 4 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 small can (200 ml), sliced black olives, drained
Instructions
- On a large plate with a lip or a 9″x13” pan start the layering process in this order: cream cheese, seafood sauce, chopped vegan shrimp, shredded cheese, red peppers, green onions and sliced black olives.
- Cover, and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Serve with a healthier choice of crackers such as: Ryvita Flatbread, Wasa Flatbread, rice cakes, corn thins, or make your own pita chips.
Notes
Make your own cocktail sauce
- 1 cup Heinz Chili Sauce, original
- 2 tsp prepared horseradish (more or less to taste preference)
