Instant Chocolate Mousse

A simple luscious creamy dessert in under five minutes!


  • 1 pkg firm silken tofu, (350gr/12 oz)
  • ¼ to ½ maple syrup* (sweeten to your taste)
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder or carob powder
  • 2 tsp vanilla


  1. Put all ingredients in food processor or blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Chill in fridge until serving time.


This would be also be delicious with dates and/or ripe bananas.

  • 4-5 pitted medjool dates, (85 g/3 oz)
  • 1 or 2 large very ripe bananas
