A simple luscious creamy dessert in under five minutes!
Ingredients
- 1 pkg firm silken tofu, (350gr/12 oz)
- ¼ to ½ maple syrup* (sweeten to your taste)
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder or carob powder
- 2 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in food processor or blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Chill in fridge until serving time.
Note
This would be also be delicious with dates and/or ripe bananas.
- 4-5 pitted medjool dates, (85 g/3 oz)
- 1 or 2 large very ripe bananas
