Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

  • 2 cups unsweetened plant-based milk, use water for less rich pudding
  • ½ cup chia seeds

Additional Ingredients – Flavoring Options

Your choice, use one, use all or use a combination of any.

  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup (or use a scoop of date paste instead)
  • 2 Tbsp raisins
  • 1 Tbsp almond butter or any other nut butter
  • 1 tsp fresh grated ginger
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp cardamon
  • ½ tsp vanilla

Instructions

  1. Add liquid to bowl then add the chia seeds. To prevent chia seeds from clumping, start whisking immediately, for about 30 seconds or until chia seeds start to gel together.
  2. Add your sweetener and flavoring options then whisk again.
  3. Cover and place in fridge overnight, or for a minimum of 4 hours for chia seeds to completely hydrate.
  4. Eat with 5 days to 1 week.
