Ingredients
- 2 cups unsweetened plant-based milk, use water for less rich pudding
- ½ cup chia seeds
Additional Ingredients – Flavoring Options
Your choice, use one, use all or use a combination of any.
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup (or use a scoop of date paste instead)
- 2 Tbsp raisins
- 1 Tbsp almond butter or any other nut butter
- 1 tsp fresh grated ginger
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp cardamon
- ½ tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Add liquid to bowl then add the chia seeds. To prevent chia seeds from clumping, start whisking immediately, for about 30 seconds or until chia seeds start to gel together.
- Add your sweetener and flavoring options then whisk again.
- Cover and place in fridge overnight, or for a minimum of 4 hours for chia seeds to completely hydrate.
- Eat with 5 days to 1 week.
