Yield: 2 cups
Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp poultry seasoning
- 3 to 4 Tbsp brown rice flour
- 1 to 2 Tbsp tahini, optional
Instructions
- Add water, soy sauce, nutritional yeast, onion and garlic powder and poultry seasoning, to a saucepan and bring to boil.
- When mixture is beginning to simmer, start whisking in the rice flour and allow gravy to come to a boil.
- If desired, whisk in tahini.
Notes
- This gravy will thicken after 5-10 minutes. Add a little water to achieve desired consistency.
- This gravy freezes well. It may separate, but simply give it a quick whisk and it’ll be like fresh made.
