Ninja Creami Ice Cream (Peanut Butter Banana)

Rich, creamy and delicious!

Yield: 1 Ninja Creami Deluxe Pint/3 cups


  • 1 ½ cup ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 ¼ cup water
  • 10 pitted dates (70g/2 ½ oz)
  • ¼ cup unsweetened peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ¼ guar gum or 1/8 tsp xanthan gum, optional


  1. Add dates and water to blender. If dates are dry, allow to soak for 30 minutes or until softened.
  2. Add the bananas, peanut butter and vanilla then blend until creamy.
  3. Pour mixture into Ninja Creami Deluxe Pint and freeze for 24 hours. Be sure to place container on a flat surface so the contents will freeze level.

Processing into Ice Cream – If not familiar with the Ninja Creami refer to the Quick Start Guide

When ready to process remove Deluxe Pint from freezer. Install in outer bowl and select Lite Ice Cream mode. If your freezer is set to very cold it’s not unusual for the mixture to look crumbly. If this happens then select RE-SPIN, then enjoy.

If there are left overs, smooth the surface, cover and and return to the freezer for a later date.
