Welcome to Journey to Healthy Eating. I started eating whole food plant based in 2012 and my journey continues to evolve.

I’m Yvonne Smith and my journey started with me wanting to lose weight. It started with an experiment to go plant-based. Much to my surprise that led to improved health which led to over 12 years of  teaching whole food plant-based cooking classes.
