Bookstores are filled with contradictory diet advice and unrealistic expectations about how we should look, further challenging us in our quest for good health.

I started with watching Forks Over Knives then read The China Study by T. Colin Campbell. I didn’t plan on changing my eating habits but I was not happy with my yoyo weight gain and felt inspired to experiment with this way of eating. After just a few days my heartburn and bloated tummy subsided. There was no denying that I was on the right path.
