CHIP Program and Classes


    I am a certified CHIP facilitator (Complete Health Improvement Program) and have been teaching whole food, plant based meal preparation for the past four years.

    Classes include demonstration, samples, and recipes where participants learn to adapt common comfort foods with delicious plant based alternatives for meat, cheese and desserts so you can taste for yourself how delicious and flavorful these foods can be.

    I am deeply grateful for my partnership with both Red Willow Community Church and St. Albert Further Education. Red Willow Community Church generously provides their facility for my cooking classes as well as endorses the CHIP program. A sampling of the classes I taught are listed below.
